Photo Reviews

Flexible Review Form
Pros & Cons fields, optional phone and city, privacy-policy consent, and an avatar uploader with a built-in crop tool — every field is configurable.
Video Reviews
Customers record or upload videos. MP4 and WebM formats supported. Videos play inline in a modal — no page reloads, no external links.
Client-Side Video Compression
Large videos are compressed in the browser before upload using MediaRecorder API + Canvas. No FFmpeg, no server CPU load. Configurable compression threshold and quality.
Helpful Voting
Visitors can mark reviews as "helpful". The most helpful reviews rise to the top, helping potential buyers make decisions faster.
Store Replies
Store owners can reply to any review directly from the WordPress admin. Replies are displayed publicly below the review.
Media Gallery & Viewer
Two-level media experience: a grid of all product media and a detailed viewer showing large photos and videos next to the full review — with a custom in-modal video player.
Reviewer Avatars
Each reviewer can upload a profile photo. Avatars appear next to their reviews, adding visual trust and personalization.

Video Thumbnails

Photo Watermarks
Automatic watermarks on review photos: pick the image, position, and width. Applied before the photo ever reaches the server.
Honeypot & Anti-Spam
Built-in invisible honeypot field protection and per-IP rate limiting to block automated bot submissions without frustrating human buyers. Optional Google reCAPTCHA v3 support.

SEO Review Pages
A dedicated, filterable all-reviews page for your store. Each category filter gets its own auto-generated SEO title, meta description, and URL slug. Manual SEO landing pages for any filter combination — category, manufacturer, or both — with custom H1, meta tags, HTML description, and snippets.
Custom Criteria Ratings
Define custom rating criteria per product or globally — Quality, Value, Durability, etc. Each criterion gets its own rating bar and average score. Multilingual criteria titles (WPML/Polylang), per-category binding, and a summary block above the review list.
Email Reminders
Automatically send follow-up emails asking customers to leave a review after purchase. Configurable delay, subject line, and email template. Two reminder emails with placeholders, queue statistics, and one-click unsubscribe.
